Paulie Sabol walks his talk and he does it strolling down the road less traveled.

Sabol, with a background as an investment advisor, became a landlord at the age of 22 (11 years ago).

After managing the fortunes of a handful of high net worth clients, Paulie looked to help his peers and found that real estate investing provided the power and authority usually forbidden to the common person by the US Securities laws.

Sabol purchased properties with none of his own money and became a real estate millionaire after his year-long journey to secure a $5-million line-of-credit from a local bank. Interestingly, Sabol uses that bank loan to buy bank owned properties. Not bank buildings, mind you. But rather the properties they took back after foreclosure.
